Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant initiates a court action seeking a restraining order.

In accordance with the DMCA and our own internal policies, IPTVBestStream maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. We will terminate the accounts and access privileges of any user or subscriber who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyrighted material. This determination is made at our sole discretion, based on valid takedown notices received over time.
